How does GenoPalate work with VitaminLab?
VitaminLab provides GenoPalate with the tools necessary to build a custom formula based on your GenoPalate results. GenoPalate then securely provides this information to VitaminLab where you make your purchase!
Is my Personal Health Information (PHI) safe?
Within GenoPalate, Your DNA is completely de-identified and encrypted in our database ensuring that your PHI is kept safe and secure. When GenoPalate communicates customer information with VitaminLab, only a small segment of deidentified and encoded data is transferred. This means that it cannot be tied directly back to you as a user or back to your DNA data and is only used to generate your personalized supplement formulation.
What are the directions for VitaminLab?
All the directions you need will be on your label. For capsules, please follow the suggested daily capsule dose.
Is VitaminLab a subscription service? Can I cancel/update at any time?
Yes, VitaminLab is a subscription service that makes it easy to stay on track! We send you 3-month formulas at a time and bill monthly. You can cancel/update your plan up to 14 days before we ship out your next supply, just let us know at [email protected].
What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
We think you’ll love your new vitamins! However, if you feel that something is not right with your order, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to rectify the issue. As all of our formulas are made 100% custom to each individual, returns/refunds are not offered.
How does VitaminLab customize the formula for me?
We work with GenoPalate to provide appropriate dosing information for the insights they gather from your GenoPalate results. GenoPalate then provides us with your custom formula which we then use to provide our service to you. Your formula is unique to you!
Is my formula a capsule, powder, or liquid?
Your formula comes in capsule form.
What am I buying exactly? Can I change my formula if I'm sensitive?
With VitaminLab you'll be receiving a 3-month all-in-one supplement which is made bespoke for you based on your GenoPalate results. You can customize your formula to your goals and needs even further with choosing from the add-on packages available.
